Amity Centre for Artificial Intelligence looks forward to prospective Faculty in the area of Artificial intelligence (Asst. Prof. / Associate Prof. / Professor).

Necessary Qualification/Requirements:
A Ph.D. (completed/submitted) or M.Tech. in CSE with experience in teaching or research in core or applied areas of Artificial Intelligence.

Desired Skill Set and Experience:

Essential

Candidate must have thorough knowledge and have done courses on advanced areas of artificial intelligence, deep learning, machine learning, deep computer-vision etc. Develop and train deep learning models for classification/ detection/ regression/ segmentation/ tracking problems.

Essential

Should have good skills in Python based AI-model development to build networks from the scratch as well as with aid of pre-trained models for various intelligent computer aided applications, should be comfortable with Keras / Tensorflow sequential model.

Essential

Familiar with IDEs such as Jupyter notebooks/Jupyter lab and knowledge about different libraries such as tensorflow, keras, pytorch, opencv, rapids, GPU-accelerated libraries (cuml/cudf etc.) and GPU-enabled cloud computing.

Highly Desired

Candidate having knowledge about the advanced topics in the field of AI such as Vision Transformers, Generative adversarial networks, recurrent neural networks, ANN, reinforcement learning, artificial evolution, probabilistic reasoning, AI theory, unsupervised/self-supervised learning, meta-learning, zero-shot learning, natural language processing, AI hardware systems and other fields.

Essential

Candidate with a good record of peer-reviewed AI based publications in top-tier journals (SCI indexed Journals) / AI based industrial product development/ research project experience in the areas of AI will be preferred.

Optimize the deep neural network to train with image, video, text and time-series data with ability to augment and annotate data and apply regularization, batch normalization, hyper-parameter tuning operations.

Essential

Efficient Management to utilize docker and user profiles in Servers and workstations. Hands-on experience to handle docker and GPU servers with Linux and Windows based operating systems. Able to define architecture and selecting appropriate runtime components to host AI/ML/DL models.

Highly Desired

Experience to Port the AI models in single board computers like with Raspberry Pi and Nvidia Jetson Nano with associated sensors for implementing research projects. Proficient in making user friendly GUI/ API interface for AI/ML models in different applications.
