Accommodation:
Accommodation on campus is limited and on first come first serve basis subject to availability.

. The subject of the mail should mention – Requirement for accommodation in the campus and the mail should contain the following information:
- Number of persons
- Date of arrival
- Date of departure
In the campus accommodation charges as applicable will be on twin sharing basis , for per day including breakfast and lunch.
Hotel accommodations are also available around the university campus (minimum distance 5 kms) for which the participants will have to make their own arrangement.
Note: Participant will have to send accommodation request along with the Conference registration proof (payment proof).
