Delegation from College of Architecture & Design, New Jersey Institute of technology visits Amity University
Delegation from College of Architecture & Design and New Jersey Institute of Technology, USA visited Amity University, Sector-125, Noida. The delegation comprised of Prof Darius Sollohub, Director, School of Architecture and Design, NJIT, Prof James Dart, Faculty Member, School of Architecture and Design, NJIT and few students of NJIT.
Prof Darius Sollohub, Director, School of Architecture & Design, NJIT said that for delivering the best of architecture and designing to students updated computer facilities and group projects play a vital role. “Acceptance of Changed pattern of education is also important as it connects us to the advanced scenarios” remarked Prof Sollohub. He also showed interest in joint research projects, student exchange programmes and organizing joint seminars with Amity.
Addressing the gathering Dr. Balvinder Shukla, Acting Vice Chancellor, Amity University Uttar Pradesh said that Amity always encourage students for research projects as it explores the knowledge of students making them more confident and competitive. She also added that doing research projects together with NJIT will surely prove to be beneficial for both the Universities and its students.
Delivering the speech Prof V K Mathur, Director, Amity School of Design and Amity School of Architecture and Planning said that joint research projects always prove to be more beneficial. He also added that joint research projects with other Institutions and Universities gives best outcomes.
