Instructions to Authors of Accepted Papers
PRESENTATION: Paper presentation is allowed only by the authors of the registered paper. It is mandatory to present the accepted and registered paper during the conference for the possible publication in the Proceedings of the conference to be published by the Springer in the Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (LNEE) Book series.
CAMERA READY paper must be submitted before deadline.
COPYRIGHT/LICENCE TO PUBLISH: Corresponding Author will receive an email after the paper is presented in the conference. It will be mandatory to submit the Copyright form to include the paper in conference proceedings and for possible publication in LNEE Book Series.
REGISTRATION must be completed as per date mentioned in notification email to avail early registration fee.

FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
STEP 1:
Download the Camera-Ready Format for SPIN 2025.
- Camera-Ready Copy (CRC)should strictly follow the recommended LNEE Springer conference template and Author’s guidelines.

- All references must follow the LNEE Springer format of reference as given in guidelines.
- Please limit your paper within 8-15pages as per LNEE Springer template (Single-column page format, 400 words per page).
STEP 2:
- Prepare the Camera-Ready Copy (CRC) incorporating all the review comments.
- Prepare the Author’s Response to the Reviewers’ Comments and address each comment appropriately.
- Please rename your file as XXX_CRC where XXX is your CMT paper ID.
STEP 3:
Submit the following documents at the Document Submission Link:

- Camera Ready Copy Source File (Word File) named as XXX_CRC
- Scanned Copy of Student Identity Card (Full Time, If Applicable) (XXX_ID.pdf)
- A Word/Pdf file which will include "Response to Reviewer Comments" and how the comments are addressed in the revised paper. File should be named as XXX_Response
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- AUTHORS ARE ADVISED TO STRICTLY FOLLOW THE ABOVE GUIDELINES.
- The registration fee once paid shall not be refunded or adjusted if the revised CRC of paper get rejected due to, NON-COMPLIANCE OF THE PAPER TEMPLATE, THE REVIEW COMMENTS, HIGH SIMILARITY SCORE etc.
- Plagiarism Policy: SPIN 2025 strictly implements plagiarism and self-plagiarism policy. Plagiarism found at any stage of manuscript publication will be taken as a serious concern and the publisher/ Organising Committee may take suitable action accordingly. The contents of the manuscripts should be original and must not be submitted simultaneously for consideration towards publication in another conference or journal.
