Recognition and Achievements in Space Science and Technology
Amity University conferred with Certificate of Appreciation by ISpA- Indian Space Association during the inaugural session of the Indian DefSpace Symposium 2026 held at the Manekshaw Centre on April 23, 2026. The award was received by Vice Chancellor Prof (Dr) Balvinder Shukla in the presence of eminent leaders from the space and defence ecosystem.
On the occasion of the Indian DefSpace Symposium 2026, the Technical Report for the India International Space Conclave 2025 meticulously prepared by Amity University was also formally released in the august presence of Dr. Samir V. Kamat, Secretory DD(R&D) and Chairman DRDO, Air Chief Marshal R.K.S. Bhadauria, PVSM,AVSM,VM (Retd), Former chief of Air Staff, Lt Gen Zubin A. During the Indian DefSpace Symposium held on 7th -9th April 2024 organised by ISpA, The technical Report of “ISpA-Indian Space Conclave 2024” was released. The Report has been prepared by Amity University as Knowledge Partner.
During the Indian Space Conclave 3.0 held from 5th to 7th November 2024, the technical report prepared by the Amity University for the ‘Indian DefSpace Symposium 2024’ was launched, marking a significant contribution by the university to India’s space and defense ecosystem.
