The Convocation of Amity University Jharkhand for the graduands who have successfully completed their Academic Programmes in 2023 will be held on 30 March, 2024 at Amity University Jharkhand, HEC Core Capital Area, Near Railway Crossing, Pundag, Ranchi-835303, Jharkhand

All Graduands are to report at Amity University Jharkhand, HEC Core Capital Area, Near Railway Crossing, Pundag, Ranchi, by 09:00AM. Please bring your Convocation Registration print out at Amity University Jharkhand, Ranchi

The graduands of class of 2023 (UG & PG Programmes) who qualified in the examinations held in respective years and Supplementary Examinations 2023 will also be awarded degrees in this Convocation.

The payment gateway for gown purchase (Optional) or Rental and Degree Dispatch has been made available on your Convocation registration page and also for receiving of degree in case you are not attending the Convocation. This is mandatory as the online registration process will not be completed till online payment has been made. Entry to Campus on the day of Convocation will only be permitted for graduands who have completed the online registration process including online payment.

The 3rd Convocation for the Class of 2023 will be held in two shifts

Morning Shift: The Convocation of the University will be held in the morning at Amity University Jharkhand, HEC Core Capital Area, Near Railway Crossing, Pundag, Ranchi, where Chief Guest will be invited, Hon’ble Chancellor, AUJ will confer the degrees and present the awards to the graduands. The Morning Schedule will include the following:

• Procession by the members of Statutory Committees (Governing Board, Academic Council, University Research Committee etc.), HoIs of concerned Institutions and AUJ officials
• Blessings by Hon’ble Founder President
• Convocation address by the Chief Guest
• Award of Honorary Doctoral Degree
• Conferring the degree to graduands and administering the pledge (Investiture) by Hon’ble Chancellor, AUJ
• Award of Medals and Trophy

Afternoon Shift: The Afternoon shift will be organized by the respective institutions at Main Auditorium. The Venue-wise list of Programme will be issued separately. The Programme Schedule of the Afternoon shift will include the Presentation of Degrees, Mark sheets and Certificates of Value Addition Courses.
