Amity Institute of Physiotherapy is an integral part of Amity Group, under the patronage of RitnandBalved Education Foundation (RBEF) &RitnandBalved Medical Foundation (RBMF) which has over 70 Institutions running variety of educational programs in various campuses in cities like Bhubaneswar, New Delhi, Jaipur, Raipur, Gurgaon, Lucknow and Noida. The Amity Institute of Physiotherapy imparts undergraduate (BPT), postgraduate (MPT) as well as Ph.D programs in Physiotherapy. The Institute aims to prepare Physiotherapists, who are not only a good clinical analyzer but also excellent team workers and lifelong learners. Our students are able to practice as excellent physiotherapists in every aspect of health care delivery system whether primary, secondary or tertiary. The Bachelor of Physiotherapy ( BPT) course is designed to meet the international standards and is recognized by the Indian Association of Physiotherapist (IAP) vide their letter number FS511350 . The program has a balanced exposure of both academic and clinical training. The undergraduate program is for four and a half years with a well-organised curriculum and delivery modes emphasizing on evidence-based practices. The graduation curriculum in physiotherapy will provide the basis for entry into professional physiotherapy practice. The graduates are prepared with the necessary and thorough base to work in a variety of setting including government and private hospitals, old age homes, clinics, fitness centres, etc. After completion of course the students emerge as thorough responsible professionals as well as create a necessary knowledge base for critical analysis, decision-making leading to detailed therapeutic treatment.

The Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) is a post graduate program offered in various specializations that includes Orthopaedics, Neurology, Cardiopulmonary, Sports ,Paediatrics etc. It is a two-year full time regular course including the research work to be submitted as a dissertation in the area of specialization under the supervision of faculty. The Master of Physiotherapy program provides specialized and advance knowledge in the specialized area which helps to develop competence leading to greater aptitude for clinical practice and detail research. The program emphasizes on clinical training of students and evidence-based practice with regular seminars and case discussions.
