B. Arch (Batch: 2019-2024)

It is my immense luck and pleasure to be part of the Amity School of Architecture and Planning, Amity University, Lucknow Campus, to pursue my degree in architecture. Amity School of Architecture and Planning Lucknow, with its student-oriented approach and innovative techniques, has been a great contributor to my personality. I have learnt leadership, time management, and team skills and have also been able to advance these skills to a whole new level. On one hand, ASAP and its entire faculty and seniors provide you with a comprehensive and enriching insight into architecture-related nuances, while on the other, they motivate, induce inquisitiveness towards the subjects, and provide you with a thrilling and fun-filled college life.The best thing about this university is the cross-cultural interaction between students from various parts of the world. The faculty and seniors here have contributed to taking the university to the level where it is today. With an attitude of being ever ready to help and delivering classroom lectures, they are the pillars of learning. 

B. Arch (Batch: 2018-23)

It has been a great experience since the time I joined Amity School of Architecture and Planning Lucknow. From my childhood days, I was always attracted to postmodern buildings and was fascinated by how these buildings had such irregular forms. Later on, I came to know about architecture and ASAPL followed by its credentials and achievements which helped take my decision to pursue the bachelor’s in architecture from this institute. Studying here, I would like to say that the opportunities that we get to see new places, meet architects and attend various workshops, etc. are very rare compared to other colleges of architecture. During my academic span in this institute I have got various opportunities to visit places and cities across India, meet experts and legends from the field, attend conferences and seminars along with continuous knowledge sharing and caring for our growth from the staff, faculty and seniors. The legacy of senior junior relations and alumni base is a boon for the institute which is getting enriched every passing year. Over the years, we have participated in ZoNASA each year, which is an annual competition of architecture colleges of a particular zone in India. In the second year, I got the opportunity to attend Annual NASA as a Unit Designee, which is a national level competition of the top colleges of architecture which gives us all the opportunity to understand the educational patterns, approaches and idea exchanges during the events. I wish to thank all our teachers for giving their best to build us and enable us to grow to be better architects and citizens in the process.

I am currently pursuing my bachelor's in architecture at the Amity School of Architecture and Planning in Lucknow. I witnessed the sheer commitment and readiness of the faculty from day one and their determination towards our learning, building confidence, mastering abilities, and creating an excellent learning environment. Based on our skill set, the competition and student material evolved remarkably with time. Time is utilised vitally here towards the extensive learning goals. The knowledge of faculty serves as an ever-ready tool for carving and shaping our concepts and horizons for building a successful career. The roster of competitions tackles all the fields and serves as a great platform for learning. I'm enjoying my process of becoming an architect here.

I am currently doing my bachelor’s in architecture from the Amity School of Architecture and Planning in Lucknow. The decision to enrol here was quickly proven to be the best in my interests in terms of both academic and human value approaches. The roster of competitions and the degree of student material tackles every objective most efficiently and create a passion for learning. The faculty is supportive in fuelling my learning and readily accessible to turn any problem into a solution. I present my gratitude to the department for creating an environment that channels our growth and is shaping our careers to be better architects and excellent human beings.

Architecture is an experience or perception of the built environment that is learned through observations and discussions. For this kind of learning, the teaching pattern and faculty inputs play the most important roles. I came to study at the Amity School of Architecture and Planning in Lucknow and found that it is one of the best colleges to pursue the degree.The best thing about the college is the friendliness and nature of the professors, as they are always ready to help the students in every way possible to ensure an enriching working atmosphere. The thought-provoking, innovative, and exciting environment of the college allows us to broaden our field of vision and come across new challenges each day, which are fun to learn from. The college is well equipped with all the latest technologies and advancements happening in the field. Numerous workshops with renowned architects and firms help us to know and be a part of the field right from the start, which is further substantiated by the growing and interactive alumni base. One thing to be proud of is that Amity as an institute and a university not only contributes to your growth during your education period but is also always in touch through its Alumni Connect initiative. I am a proud Amitian.

I am a student at the Amity School of Architecture and Planning in Lucknow. I still remember the first time I came to Amity three years back; I was a very reserved and shy person, but as the semesters passed, my confidence bloomed. Amity not only gave me the certainty to represent and be more out there, but also the experiences that helped me grow both on my personal and professional levels. The facility makes you feel comfortable, guided, guarded, and accessible for guidance at every possible time. Along with state-of-the-art equipment, infrastructure, knowledge media, and supporting faculty, Amity turns out to be a paragon institute for advanced learning. The academic approaches are in consonance with the industry and are always modulated as per the field requirements to keep us up-to-date with the professional demands and knowledge expectations. I look forward to creating more memories and bettering my potential.

In order to become successful in life, the right kind of mentoring is required. Amity School of Architecture and Planning in Lucknow is one such place that has helped me to enhance my personality and promote my overall growth as a person. It is an institution with a brand name, successful alumni, and good faculty members. I have learned that education pursued at this university is life-enriching and this is what I am seeking. The faculty members are well versed in knowledge which they transfer to us in the best possible ways. Apart from excelling in academics, the department hosts various seminars and competitions that develop our co-curricular skills, thereby increasing our knowledge and providing us with good exposure. I am confident that my interests will attain a greater level of excellence in this university and will transform me into a person imbibed with the right values of life. Even amidst the pandemic, the institution, with the help of faculty members, never failed to impart education to their students through online learning. my sincere gratitude towards the institution and the faculty members.

Studying at Amity School of Architecture & Planning Lucknow, I have had the opportunity to gain a vast knowledge base not only in academics but also in practical skills with the help of my faculty members. The resources provided to the students by the institution have been of great help in achieving success on various platforms and instilling a sense of sportsmanship in me. The institution has helped me to build my confidence and competitive abilities with great enthusiasm. The education imparted by the institution has helped me evolve my skills with respect to my profession through various workshops and seminars and provided me with the platform to step towards a brighter future.
