Design and synthesis of new N-containing fused heterocyclic molecules and development of new synthetic approach towards the synthesis of N-containing heterocycles. Various heterocyclic molecules such as indoles, 4-hydrazonotetrahydo quinoline, quinoline, N-(pyridin-2-yl)amides, imidazopyridines, benzisoxazoles, benzisothiazole, Indazoles, indole appended pyrazolopyridine/dihydropyridine derivatives and indole appended isoxazolopyridine/dihydropyridine derivatives were synthesized along with medicinal chemistry and synthetic methodologies.
