Through my experience at Amity Business School, I have developed strong leadership and teamwork abilities. The program has refined my communication and problem-solving skills, strengthened my professional mindset, and boosted my confidence to effectively navigate real-world business environments. The exposure to practical learning and collaborative projects has further enhanced my ability to make informed decisions and perform in high-pressure, dynamic settings.

During my time at Amity Business School, Lucknow, I have experienced a dynamic environment that truly enhanced my productivity and time management skills. Being actively involved in both academics and campus activities, I have the opportunity to lead Marketing Matters, the Marketing Club, and serve on the core team of Xuberance – Ms. & Mr. Amity. Managing these responsibilities alongside academic commitments has taught me how to multitask effectively and stay organized under pressure. This journey has been incredibly transformative, helping me build discipline, confidence, and the ability to perform in fast-paced environments. I feel well-prepared to take on the challenges of the corporate world.

It has been delightful to spend 3 years learning and growing at Amity Business School. Every assignment, lecture, and event that I have participated in or helped conduct has added to my experience while making me more passionate and confident. Amity Business School has significantly strengthened my skill set by providing practical exposure to managing a variety of events under the guidance of supportive faculty. Through these experiences, I have learned how to lead teams effectively and align individual efforts towards a common goal. The department has played a key role in my overall personality development and co-curricular growth. I have also enhanced my communication skills, particularly in areas such as negotiating better pricing during event planning and promoting events to drive participation. Beyond theoretical learning, the program has ensured strong practical application, allowing me to translate concepts into real-world scenarios under the mentorship of our esteemed faculty.
