As per WBHIDCO Rules : No Baggage / Luggage / Laptop Bag / Laptop is permissible inside the venue. Small wallets and small ladies purse allowed only.
The Convocation Afternoon shift will be organized by the respective institutions in different venues. Please note that you must clear all outstanding dues, fees and library dues owing to the university. Otherwise there will be an administrative “hold” on you and you will not be able to collect your degree/Diploma/Certificate/Consolidated Grade Cards.
The Presentation of Degree / Diploma, Mark sheets and Certificates of various institutions will be held at the following venues between 2:30PM to 4:30PM.
