17 DOF Humanoid by a team of students of B. Tech. (CSE) in Amity School of Engineering & Technology (ASET)
A team of students consisting of Vishal Aditya, Vamshi Reddy from B. Tech. (CSE) (2013-2017) and Namagiri Pawan Sai from B. Tech. (CSE) (2015-2019) developed DOF Humanoid. This robot is a professional small humanoid robot made of aluminium components, hind limbs and body that can operate smoothly. The system uses Image Processing to track in real time objects, apart from movements like walking, dancing and following track co-ordinates. This 40cmX23cm autonomous robot is designed to interact with users. Machine learning algorithms are added to enhance intelligence of this ‘17 Degree of Freedom Robot’.
