Research interests include theories of epistemic investigations, philosophical study and review of music and other performing arts and their role in social reforms, the debate between monism and pluralism in the traditional philosophical systems, the relationship between performing arts & human behavior and the nature of metaphors.
Designing and developing curricula for students taking up innovative approaches, delivering a range of programs of teaching for students, ensuring courses that fulfil the quality assurance framework of the University, assessing research proposals & dissertations.

Besides developing, implementing and coordinating University research strategy, supervising students' projects and field trips wherever necessary, she is interested in developing the ability of students to engage in critical discourses and rational thinking, promoting and developing team spirit and team coherence, ensuring teaching design and methods in humanities. She has also been involved with teaching ethics to medical fraternity in a recognised medical university in Jaipur and is a distinguished member of their ethics committee.
She has presented many research papers in International and National Conferences & Seminars and written Book Chapters, Book Reviews in several Journals and Magazines. She has also produced, directed and written the corporate films for Hospitals and other Organizations and has written Scripts for various documentaries of Doordarshan for national telecast. She has interviewed over 50 globally renowned celebrities including the Governors, Philosophers, academicians and important film celebrities & personalities.
