Amity School of Languages organised a webinar on ‘Indian Knowledge System.’ Dr David Frawley, founder of American Institute of Vedic Studies and Pasma Bhushan Recipient, was the speaker of the webinar. He shared the significance of Indian knowledge system and how it contributes to holistic approach to life and learning. He shared that it has the potential to contribute to global knowledge and innovation. It is an inspiration for contemporary fields like yoga, Ayurveda, and mindfulness.
The event was attended by around 50 people. Prof (Dr) Dipa Chakrabarti, Head, Amity School of Languages, hosted the event. She introduced the speaker to the audience and said that by exploring and understanding Indian Knowledge System, one can gain deeper appreciation for India’s intellectual and cultural legacy and harness its wisdom to address contemporary challenges and was Coordinated by Prof (Dr) Parul Mishra.
