He has led social media strategies for the Chief Minister’s Office and DIPR Rajasthan, authored over 3,000 articles, and is well known for his ‘Tech Guru’ and ‘Tech Talk’ columns in Rajasthan Patrika and technology blog ‘Hindi Blog Tips,’ which assists Hindi bloggers in digital innovation.

The speaker addressed the various ways AI is helping PR Professionals in the present times to streamline their work and to generate more effective results as per the sentiments and likes of the target audience within a fraction of seconds. Dr. Khandelwal cited multiple apt examples demonstrating how AI Tools play a major role in effectively analysing vast consumer data, drafting engaging content and chalking out successful PR Plans and PR Programmes. The speaker’s session was an eye opener as he stressed on a major fact that AI cannot take away jobs as humans need to understand that “We are the masters and NOT AI” and secondly, AI can never replace the beauty of creativity and innovation and the emotional appeal which humans possess.
