The Workshop on Innovative Cakes was held on 14^th February 2025 (9:30 am-3;30 pm) in the Bakery and Confectionery Lab in ASH bringing together baking enthusiasts and professionals to explore creative cake-making techniques. Participants learned unique decoration methods, modern flavour combinations, and advanced baking skills from expert chefs. The interactive session included hands-on demonstrations, allowing attendees to experiment with innovative designs. The event concluded with a cake showcase, where Chef Poonam (Junior Sous Chef from The Leela) displayed her creations. The workshop was a great success, inspiring creativity and enhancing baking expertise among all the students of ASH.
