Amity Business School organized a workshop on Financial Education for Young Citizens as part of the Kona- Kona Shiksha initiative by the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) in collaboration with Kotak Securities. The session aimed to enhance students' financial literacy by providing essential knowledge on money management, investment awareness, and informed financial decision-making. The workshop covered key topics such as financial planning fundamentals, stock market basics, risk management, and the importance of early savings and investments. Dr. Ishu Tayal, a Smart Trainer empaneled with NISM and SEBI, led the session, offering valuable insights on financial planning and investment strategies tailored for young individuals. The session emphasized financial discipline and included real-world examples to help students better understand market dynamics and personal finance management. Dr. Deepali Bhatnagar, Deputy Director of Amity Business School, welcomed the guest and delivered the welcome address.
