Amity Institute of Behavioural and Allied Sciences (AIBAS) organised Psychometric Profiling for all New Students of Amity University Rajasthan on 14^th August 2024 from 10 am to 1 pm. The objectives of personality assessment were to outline the main purpose of testing one's personality characteristics. Taking a test helped students to identify their strengths and align them with appropriate goals. It also highlighted the shortcoming in their personality so that they can improve them through guidance or self-learning. This assessment helped students to identify their personality traits. Dr. Ajit Kumar Singh (Assistant Professor, Amity Institute of Behavioral and Allied Sciences, Amity University Rajasthan, Jaipur) coordinated the event and guided students to identify their strengths and shortcomings.
