AIBAS has a team of 7 faculty members. Besides, there is full time counselor, office staff and lab assistant. All the faculty members are qualified from prestigious universities and institutions one faculty member has RCI registration and rest have PHD degree from prestigious universities like BHU, Rajasthan University, Lucknow University And Sagar University and every member has qualified UGC NET. AIBAS maintains a good student-teacher ratio and has a mentor-mentee system.
