Dear Colleagues,

 As you are aware that due to the most disastrous COVID-19 Pandemic for more than two years, organizing a complete Physical mode of Conference has become quite difficult and highly expensive because to follow all the Covid specific protocols and precautions. At the same time, there is a significant increase in the cost of everything and substaintial decrease in company sponsorship and government funding due to financial crisis at every front. Initially, we wanted to organize the 41^st IACR-2022 conference in the physical mode but after considering several aspects and with the advice of several eminent people and the local organizing team, we decided to organize it in a Hybrid mode. We coordially invite you all to participate in a big way in the IACR-2022 in the mode that you prefer to.

We are still open to our initial thought and trying hard to get sufficient funding, if we are successful, we will be able to give travel grants to some extent and the same is applicable for accommodation etc.

Presently, we request you to make your arrangement for travel and accommodation on your own. We will soon provide you with the details of the hotel/guest house/hostel at subsidised rate on our website. We invite both online as well as offline/physical participants to pay the registeration fees, and we will be able to provide the following facilities:

For online participants: All participants will get an e-certificate for participation and/or oral/poster participation certificate and an electronic copy of abstract proceedings on their registered email address.

Offline/Physical Mode participant: All the participants will get a Conference bag, Abstract book, participation certificate at the Registration Desk in the reception hall. Also, participants will be provided with breakfast, lunch, high tea, and snacks during the conference including a Conference Dinner.

NOTE: Link for hotels/guest houses and oyo rooms will be provided at our conference website. These will be available at subsidized rates for IACR participants. Accommodation needs to be booked by the participants in advance as per their convenience. 

Registration Fees:

Due to COVID19 Omicron rising trends, the registration fees are being revised as indicated. Kindly note the revised registration fee structure and register at your earliest.

Early registration deadline: January 15, 2022 (extended to January 31, 2022)

Late registration deadline: February 15, 2022

For Individual Participation (in online mode): * First 300 Participants will get Rs. 1000/- special discount.

For Group Participation (in online mode): * Group of 5 or more participants will get a special discount of 50% on the original registration fee. (Please note that individual special discount of Rs. 1000/- will not be applicable in case of group participation.)

** Accommodation will be provided on a twin sharing basis (Kindly note that the COVID19 vaccination certificate is mandatory to register in offline/physical mode).

Most Important Notice: After successful registration, please do not forget to send the registration fee payment receipt and your abstract to iacr2022@amity.edu.
Please mention the categories (oral, poster, award), in which you intend to submit your abstract. For consideration in the award category, kindly also provide age proof and NOC from PI.
The selected abstracts and the proceedings of the conference will be published in a Scopus indexed Journal.

IACR Awards 

The following award competitions will be conducted during the 41^stIACR annual conference focused on translational cancer research, high-throughput/cutting edge technologies in cancer diagnosis & therapeutics, cancer recurrence and drug resistance.  

For Students 

1. Best oral presentation among young scientists below the age of 30 years: 
• IACR-Sitaram Jogleskar Award 
• IACR-Mangala Bamane Award 
2. Best poster presentation of young scientists below the age of 30 years: 
• IACR Rajnikant Baxi Award  
• IACR-Rambhau Kulkarni Award 

The Prize money will be Rs. 5,000/- for each award. 

For Faculty/Scientists 

3. Faculty/Scientists between age group 30 - 40 years: 

• IACR-Dr.Virendra Balkrishna Kamat Award  
• IACR-Ram Nath Hiralal Jaju Award   

The Prize money will be Rs. 10,000/- for each award. 

Amity Awards 

A. In addition, to motivate and appreciate the young generation of future scientists, Amity University will provide additional 10 best Oral Presentation Awards and 10 best Poster Presentation Awards to students below the age of 35 years.

B.   To promote innovative ideas in decoding the cancer code to combating cancer, the University will also provide 3  “Cancer Innovation Awards”for young scientists below 40 years of age, for best innovative ideas to solve mysteries of cancer therapy resistance and out-of-box ideas for early cancer diagnostics and effective therapeutics.
