Amity Education Group in association with HDFC Bank Ltd. is launching the Professional Banker Program in order to create job ready professionals. This program provides an excellent platform to learn practical aspects of banking, leading to a job as "Personal Banker" with great career opportunities with HDFC Bank Ltd.

Eligibility & Selection Process

Post graduate or equivalent (Any stream): Preference MBA/PGDBM.
(Only full-time/Part-time)

Academic score: Not less than 50% throughout

Age Limit: < 26 yrs

Experience: 0-2 years

Selection Process:

Online Aptitute Test ( English Language, Logical reasoning, Sales Aptitude & Personality)
Personal Interview.
Provisional Offer Letter would be given to selected candidates

Key Program Features

Duration: Training program for two (2) months

Coverage:

Basic Principles of Banking, Legal and Regulatory Framework Banking.
HDFC bank specific knowledge of products and processes.
Third Party Products .NISM (Mutual Fund & Depository Operations) & IRDA Certification.
Financial Planning & Advisory Services.
Service Excellence, Complaint Handling & Service Recovery.

Program enrollment fee: Rs 34,000 plus taxes per participant.

Program Benefits

Salary: Starting from 2.1 to 2.7 lakh/annum plus city allowance and other benefits (depending on the eligibility & experience of the candidate).
