Amity Banking Academy

Has conducted programs for various private & public sector banks with banking & behavioral training background. We have an active corporate training wing, and have so far trained more than 5,000 banking employees in Behavioral/Leadership and Domains specific areas.

Central Academics team

We have strong delivery team of 60 faculty members (experienced bankers and behavioral trainers) with demonstrated delivery capabilities. There are 32 banking faculty who are subject matter experts in banking operations, law, core banking solutions and domains such as Trade Finance, Credit Management, Agri banking and 28 behavioral/English trainers who cover aspects such as Managing Self, Emotional intelligence, Service Excellence, Working in Teams, Coaching & Mentoring, Sales & Customer Relationship Management , Personal effectiveness and Communication Skills.

Academic Advisory Council

Academic Advisory Team is a pool of personnel with rich experience in Banking, Education and Training, who would assist the Project Manager of various client engagements in Design and Develop programs as per Bank’s requirement. It would guide the Delivery team in their setting the Learning Objectives, Class room Delivery strategies and evaluation of Learner performance.

Tie-up with CARE

Amity Banking has tied up with CARE credit rating agency for joint launch of programs in the area of Credit & Risk Management .Similar tie ups are being done in the area of Wealth Management, Service Excellence which will help build sharper focus/expertise in Domain areas.

Synergies Across Amity Institutions

Apart from the Core Banking Team; synergies are derived from various Institutions within Amity Education Group viz. Amity School of English, Amity Institute of Behavioral Sciences; Amity Business School etc.. Where expertise in the area of Communication skills, behavioral/Leadership would be available.
