A Guest Lecture by ASL and BRICS on May 10, 2024
Amity Centre for BRICS Studies and Amity School of Languages organised a guest lecture on Russia’s Presidency of BRICS and India-Russia Relations on May 10, 2024. The talk provided valuable insights into Russia's position within BRICS and its global diplomacy, as well as the existing trends in India-Russia relations and potential areas of cooperation.
The aim of the event was to invite experts, officials, and diplomats from BRICS countries to share insights on various aspects of BRICS and further the understanding and research on the same. Specifically, the objective was to forge ties between AUH and various universities in Russia to fulfil the mandate of the Amity Centre for BRICS studies.
The event successfully achieved its aim on "Russia’s Presidency of BRICS and India-Russia Relations." The Q&A session facilitated engaging discussions and allowed attendees to gain deeper insights into the geopolitical significance of BRICS. Overall, the event served as a platform for enriching deliberations and furthering understanding on issues of global importance
