The research strategy of the department is focused on creating and sustaining a supportive, collaborative, and vibrant research culture through raising the quality and quantity of our research output and by developing and managing all faculty to achieve our goals. The Department encourages faculty to do high-quality research and has experienced faculty with an inclination for high-quality research. The faculty have contributed to the key research over the last few years and has published in top-tier journals in management studies & behavioural sciences. Our faculty have written case studies for various prestigious journals and books in various verticals of business and management which has been a helping force to refine the skills and business judgment for students, practitioners, and academics across the world.

Refereed Journal of Management
Amity Business school publishes a bi-annual journal titled ‘Amity Management Analyst’ ISSN No. 0975 – 1440 and RNI No. HARENG/2006/16813 and listed in the UGC approved list of journals. It aims to publish conceptually sound and empirical articles, research papers, case studies etc which have the potential to enrich the existing management research in theory and practice from the various areas of business and management. The journal provides food for thought to the managers in public as well as the private sector, consultants, academicians and the students in their respective field of business and management.
