The Convocation of Amity University Uttar Pradesh for the students of class of 2022 who have successfully completed their Academic Programmes will be held in hybrid mode (On-Campus and Online) on 10th, 11th & 12th November 2022 as under:

  1. On Campus (Physical Mode) in University Noida Campus
  2. Online Mode

The students of the previous batches under extended period upto N+1+(1) / N+2+(1) who qualified in the Supplementary Examinations held in the year 2022 will also be awarded degrees in this Convocation.

    2. All registered Graduands are required to report at the Registration Desk of the Convocation ground at 09:00 AM on the day of Convocation alongwith their Convocation Registration print out.

    The payment gateway for gown rental security / gown purchase (All Recipients are advised to go for purchase of Gowns instead of Rental to maintain personel hygiene as they are required to wear it throughout the Convocation function at the University.)  has been made available on your online Convocation registration page and also for receiving of degree in case you are not attending the Convocation. This is mandatory as the online registration process will not be complete till online payment is made. Students who have not done online payment will not be allowed to enter the campus on the day of Convocation.

    The Convocation 2022 will be held in two shifts:

    Morning Shift: The main convocation of Group of Institutions (as listed below) will be held in the morning in the Main Sports Ground, where Chief Guest will be invited. Chancellor, AUUP will confer the degrees and present the awards to the Graduands. The Morning Schedule will include the following:


    Afternoon Shift    : The Afternoon shift will be organized by the respective institutions at different venues. The Venue-wise list of Programme will be issued separately. The Programme Schedule of the Afternoon shift will include the Presentation of Degrees, Grade Cards and Certificates of Value Addition Courses to the Graduands.
  1. Online Mode

For Online Convocation login at Portal by 09:00 AM IST in case registered to attend online. All Awardees to login by 09:00 AM IST for brief for awards, medals presentations.

The payment gateway for gown purchase (optional) has been made available on your online Convocation registration page and also for receiving of degree in case you are not attending the Convocation. This is mandatory as the online registration process will not be complete till online payment is made. Students who have not done online payment their degrees will not be dispatched.
