Ecopedia serves as a platform for all students to come together and discuss the current economic, political and social issues to enhance their knowledge and understanding of these issues.The discussions take place fortnightly/Monthly and a specific topic is taken up for discussion in each session.Ecopedia creates a knowledge sharing culture at Amity school of Economics believing in the idea that sharing knowledge is one of the best ways to learn. It has a core team which looks after the functioning of the sessions and is open for all the students to participate in discussions.
Ecopedia aims atdeveloping critical thinking and logical reasoning among students,spreading awareness on current issues, inspiring an understanding and application of economic concepts and issues related to day-to-day life. Ecopedia events also help participants to improve their communication skills and strengthen their self-confidence thus to foster holistic development among all.
