The entire Amity Universe gathered for the birthday of Dr (Mrs) Amita Chauhan, Chairperson Amity Group of Schools and RBEF celebrated as Prerna Diwas, virtually. The celebrations commenced with an auspicious hawan, followed by students sharing their birthday wishes as self-composed poems and handmade birthday cards, a candid Q/A Session with Chairperson and screening of a video on the bond of love and learning of the Chairperson with Amity Group of Schools over the last 30 years. Amity Group of Schools also showcased various social and environmental activities undertaken by them during the week-long celebrations like nature walk, awakened citizens programme, plantation drives, poster making, hand printing, etc. A presentation showcasing glimpses of the Human Values Quarter celebrated by Amity University from January 27April 27, 2022, to mark the birthday of the Chairperson was also shown. In her address, Chairperson urged all Amitians to adopt Founder President’s life mantra of BHAAG and relate to nature, to be humane, passionate, and responsible for their school, society and country.
