The Mission of the Amity Institute of Leadership and Communication is to advance the understanding, practice and development of leadership and communication in order to enhance Leadership skills in 21st Century Leaders.

The Institute would conduct Leadership Development programs to fulfill the following objective:

-->   Enable leaders at all levels to analyze their leadership styles and behaviors and identify own         development needs in order to improve their leadership skills.

-->   Enable managers to create value for their organizations through leadership.

-->   Develop finesse in leadership communication skills and improve self awareness by better         understanding of human interaction in order to improve organizational effectiveness.
