Admission Procedure

Step One
  1. All Candidates seeking admission to the PGDM programmes should appear for the

    1. MAT (Management Admission Test) to be conducted by AIMA on 1st December, 2002. The MAT Bulletin with application form has to be purchased from AIMA, New Delhi or any of its nodal centres or at selected Indian Overseas Bank branches.

    2. XAT (XLRI Aptitude Test): Applicants will have to appear the admission test to be conducted by XLRI, jamshedpur, at centres all over India on 5th January, 2003. For this applicants have to log on to http://www.xlri.edu/xatregister and apply online for XAT (Note: MAT/XAT is used for shortlisting candidates who apply for admission to ABS. AIMA / XLRI have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the programme).

Step Three
Apply to ABS by filling a seperate application form furnishing MAT OMR No. / XAT Registration No.

  1. ABS Application form will be sold from 15th September at ABS , Noida and E-27, Defence Colony, New Delhi.

  2. Candidates may also receive the application form by registered post / speed post / courier by sending a DD for Rs. 1050/- drawn in favour of Amity Business School, payable at Noida.

Step Four
Candidates shortlisted on the basis of MAT / XAT scores will be called for Group Discussion and interviews for final selection in NOIDA during February, 2003.

Step Five
Selected candidates would be eligible for admissions.
