Guest Lecture on Cyber Crime

The Department of Student Welfare and Amity Institute of Information Technology at Amity University Kolkata organized a guest lecture on "Cyber Crime and Its Solution – A Digital Comprehensive Approach" on 19 February. The session was designed for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

As digital technology continues to evolve rapidly, cyber threats become a major concern for individuals, organizations and governments. The lecture intended to provide valuable insights into cybercrime trends, preventive measures, and digital safety strategies.
 
The Chief Guest, Mr Bidit Mondal, DSP, Cyber Crime Department, West Bengal Police, spoke to the students, shared his expertise, and offered practical advice on defending cyberattacks.
