CORPORATE SEMINAR ON 
“MANAGEMENT FOR EXCELLENCE”
A Corporate Seminar was organized on National Management Day on 21st February at Amity Business School, Amity University Madhya Pradesh. 
The program was inaugurated by Honorable Pro Chancellor of Amity University, Lieutenant General V.K. Sharma, (AVSM) Retd and Prof.(Dr.) Anil Vashisht, Officiating Vice Chancellor.
On this occasion, Honorable Pro Chancellor Lieutenant General V.K. Sharma, (AVSM) threw light on various aspects of management. And explained the difference between a manager and a leader.
Students from Amity business School participated in the event. All these students gave a presentation on their inspiring leaders in their classes and then the best one’s were selected who then were awarded with by Prof.(Dr.).Anil Vashisht, Officiating Vice Chancellor. More than 170 students attended the event including students from MBA/BCOM/BBA.
Hon’ble Pro Chancellor emphasized on adopting management as a lifestyle.
Mr. Rajesh Chhabra Operation Head of Cadburys Malanpur emphasized on better understanding and managing human management. He asked the participants to make hunger and passion for performance as their mantra.
Mr. Santosh Pathak Associate Vice President (HR) SRF Limited emphasized on understanding human values ??and human management well and making it the basis in one's life.
Mr. Mukesh Sabharwal, CEO, Apollo Hospitals interacted with the participants and emphasized on loving yourself and your work. Officiating Vice Chancellor of the University, Dr. Anil Vashishtha requested the students to adopt all these management learning in their life and become better managers, leaders and humans.
Mr. Ajith Gopinath (Plant Head), Britannia also gave vitalizing words to the students about their work and importance of management.

In the end, Dr. Rajeev Dwivedi as the workshop coordinator expressed his gratitude to all the participants for the success of the program.
This seminar was organized to make the students Industry ready and to gain access to invaluable learning opportunities, including seminars and workshops led by seasoned professionals, where they can absorb insights into various management practices and industry trends.
Many students were honored at the event for their excellent work. Prof.(Dr.) Anil Vashisht, the officiating Vice Chancellor of the University, along with a large number of teachers, research scholars and students actively participated in this program.
This seminar was a great success as many students learned a lot from these inspirational business leaders which will have a very positive impact in their life and make them confident for their upcoming future. 
The entire seminar was organized under the able guidance of  Prof.(Dr.) Anil Vashisht, the officiating Vice Chancellor AUMP.
