The take-home points of the program are:
  • Soft skills are character traits and interpersonal skills that characterize relationships with other people and complement hard skills in the workplace.
  • Soft skills are non-technical skills that describe how you work and interact with others. Unlike hard skills, they're not necessarily something you'll learn in a course, like data analytics or programming skills.
  • Soft skills such as communication, teamwork, creativity, adaptability, problem-solving, work ethic, critical thinking and conflict management can be developed and honed over time.
We have provided a pre-read to the students on the case study “Soft Skills Training for Pharmaceutical Professionals at XYZ Pharma’ before the workshop for a better understanding of the topic.
