Paper Submission Guidelines Submit Paper
- Authors should only submit originally written, unpublished work to the conference.
- Submissions should strictly follow the recommended LNEE Springer conference template (click here to download). All references must follow the LNEE Springer format of referencing (As applicable).
- The conference is using Microsoft CMT for conference management; therefore, the authors will need to register their email with this conference management tool for submitting papers.
- Please limit your paper within 10 pages as per LNEE Springer template (one-column page format, 400 words per page) however with extra payment of Rs 1000 per page, it can be extended up to 12 pages.
- Authors can't be added or removed at later stage. The document should not have any password protection. Do not put your own page numbers on the manuscript.
- An author(s) can register for more than two papers with 10 % discount on extra papers (in excess of two papers).
- The decision regarding the acceptance of a paper is at the discretion of the Technical Program Committee based on novelty, plagiarism, review etc.
- Accepted, registered, and presented papers will be submitted to Springer for publication in their prestigious LNEE Book series indexed in SCOPUS. Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published.

Plagiarism Policy
RDCAPE2023 strictly implements plagiarism and self-plagiarism policy. Plagiarism found at any stage of manuscript publication will be taken as a serious concern and Springer/ Organising Committee may take suitable action accordingly.
The contents of the manuscripts should be original and must not be submitted simultaneously for consideration towards publication in another conference or journal.
