Useful Information for Delegates
Accomodation:
Some in campus accommodation for foreign delegates (outside India) will be provided in Amity University, Sector 125 (conference venue) Guest House/ Amity Hostels as per the availability on First Come First Serve Basis. Organizers will assist with volunteers (English Speaking) to receive the delegates/participants at the airport and help them to reach the Amity University Guest house or hotels. However to avail this facility an early information must be given to the organizers including the Flight details and timings.
How to Reach Venue
Organizers may arrange taxi for commuting to the venue from airport at nominal rates if informed in advance. Delhi Metro Service is available to commute from the Airport. Local transportation is also available for connectivity across the city.
Closest Airport: Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport, New Delhi, India. International flights and some domestic flights arrive at Terminal 3 and Terminal 1. The approximate time to reach Amity University sector 125 Noida from Airport is 45 minutes and is a distance of around 26 Kms.
OPTION 1 [Taxi] : Approx Rs. 900 /- (Approximately 15 USD) Prepaid taxi, luxury cars are available at the airport to commute across the city. It will cost around INR 800 (Approximately 10 USD) from IGI Airport to Amity University sector 125, Noida.
OPTION 2 [Delhi Metro]: Approx Rs. 150 /- (Approximately 3 USD)
1. Catch a Metro train from Airport Express Metro line at IGI Airport to New Delhi Metro station. Switch the metro to Yellow line towards Huda city centre.
2. Get off at the very next station Rajiv Chowk Metro station and change here from Yellow line to blue line towards Noida City Center.
3. Get off at Botanical Garden Metro Station.
4. From Botanical Garden Metro station take a auto rickshaw [Approx Fare INR 30 on shared basis] which will bring you at amity University sector 125.

Railway Stations
The nearest railway stations are Old Delhi Railway Station, New Delhi Railway station. Other railway stations are Nizamuddin Railway station and Anand Vihar Railway Station which are closest to the venue of the conference. From all stations pre-paid three wheelers and taxi's are available.
