Ansh Batra Batch 2021-25 My journey in hotel management has been nothing short of incredible, culminating in my selection for the prestigious Accor Inspire Management Training Programme—one of only five seats across India. Myself Abhishek and I got graduated from Amity University in the year 2022. The 4 years of journey was very wonderful, where I learned so many new things and grasp knowledge of the hotel industry. During my placements our H.O.D and CRC Manager, who is the head of the Placement division, got us many companies in the campus like- Oberoi Hotels, Le Meridien, Shangri La , Jw Marriott, Pride Plaza, Holiday Inn, IHG Crown Plaza, Taj, ITC Maurya.
There were many retail companies also like- Aditya Birla Fashion, Tommy Hilfiger, Haldiram, Bikaner Vala, etc.
My First job was a very wonderful experience for me because I got to learn more about the industry and more about the Oberoi group.
My Salary package was 5.8 LPA and I worked over there for about 6 months and due to some personal reasons, I switched my industry and now I'm working in an Insurance company as an Executive in Client Servicing where I'm the Pan India Head for the Escalation and I'm leading a team of 12 members as well.
My current Salary Package is 8.8 LPA.
