KREATIV’24, the Annual Design Collection presentation hosted by the 'Amity School of Fashion Technology', took place on February 29th’ 24, at the Amity University Campus ,Noida. Since 2009, Kreativ has provided a platform for aspiring designers to exhibit their fashion collections. This year's theme, "Enchanting Indian Textiles," encouraged students to explore surreal silhouettes, diverse colors, and visionary concepts rooted in Indian textiles.
Under the guidance of Ms. Divya Chauhan, Chairperson Amity School of Fashion Technology, Amity School of Fine Arts, Amity School of Performing Arts along with Prof. (Dr.) Pradeep Joshi, Prof. (Dr.) Pradeep Joshi, Group Addl. Pro Vice Chancellor Director General & Dean(Applied Arts/Fine Arts/Performing Arts/Visual Arts)Amity University the event truly showcased the creativity and skill of budding designers.
ASFT students showcasing the opening collection of Cotton Jacquard
Seven collections for the spring-summer season of 2025 were presented at KREATIV’24. The opening collection featured streetwear inspired by various subcultures, crafted from Indian textiles like Cotton Jacquard, symbolizing youthfulness and self-expression. The designers constructed Collection using tailored silhouettes in Cotton Jacquard honoring the woven textiles of India The collection encompasses the feeling of youthfulness and self-expression through free spirited experimental fashion.
The second collection was created using Indian textiles in Earthy tones showcasing dramatic and chic yet tender silhouettes. The ensembles mirroring the powerful expressions of modernism, minimalism, and abstraction. Each piece reflected the neutral base with colour scheme including tans, greys, brown.
The Handpainted Collection at Kreativ’24
The third collection was a Hand painted Collection commemorating the Ethnic Indian Textiles using traditional motifs of Warli & Rajasthan . This collection offered diverse Hand painted earthy tones in stunning dramatic silhouettes.
The next collection was made in quintessential Black featuring the aesthetics of dark expressionism, goth and post-apocalyptic attires. Each piece reflected mystical and rebellious part of any individual’s personality .
This was followed by an Embroidery Collection showcasing surface embellishment with a rich history and cultural significance. Each piece of collection reflecting the skill and artistry of different states of India developing its own unique styles and traditions.
Next was the Bandhani Collection showcasing traditional tie-dye technique from the Indian state of Gujarat and Rajasthan. The Design students experimented by combining Bandhani with the Block printing using intricate patterns in vibrant colour palette from orange to pink and yellow

The Show culminated with luxurious and elegant collection of Indian Kinkhabs exuding elegance, sophistication, and timeless beauty, emphasizing beauty, craftsmanship, and historical significance.

KREATIV’24 was a celebration of Indian textiles and design creativity, showcasing the talent nurtured at the Amity School of Fashion Technology.

KREATIV’ 23 is the Annual Design Collection presentation organised by ‘Amity School of Fashion Technology’ on 27th March 2023 at AMITY UNIVERSITY CAMPUS, Noida. Kreativ’23 has been conceptualised to give the budding designers of ASFT the spotlight to showcase their skills and artistry.

7 Collections for spring summer 2024 were showcased during KREATIV’ 23.
The first collection was ‘Rang Ki Katha’ which had Indo western ensemble ranging from kurtas to sharara to flared skirts using intricate designs of Madhubani and Kalamkari to the radiant shades and mesmerizing prints all hand painted by students.

The next collection SHADOWS OF GLOOM had dramatic silhouettes, textural experimentation and a vast color palette ranging from nudes to ivory, reds to blacks and donned with tactile and frothy tulle and feathers adorning a selection of styles ready to be a trendsetter . The collection has a strong experimentation in all elements of design
The collection GLITZ OF ROSÈ completely transported the audience to an enchanted place and left everyone spellbound. The designs changed the narrative of pink as a colour by embracing its bold and dynamic nature, The vast range of this hue was symbolised through a fusion of fabrications and styles, using fuchsia to blush, hot pink to taffy, everything was there A genre comprising elements of sophistication , panache and grace, embodied through playful silhouettes and vibrant shades were the keywords of this collection
The eveningwear collection DROP OF NEPTUNE. had left everyone awestruck with silhouettes and colors inspired by the beauty of waves and colours mirroring the depth of trenches. A captivating showcase that brought forward timeless and tantalizing fashion.
HAZE OF LAVENDER was the next dreamy collection . The colour purple is associated with creativity and the realm of fantasy was presented skilfully giving an aura of mystery. From royalty to magic, spirituality to valour, behold an array of emotions represented through magnificent designs and breath-taking fabrics and hand embroideries done by students to create a stunning chic collection
The final collection MAVERICKS OF THE FUTURE was a streetwear collection utilizing inspirations from various subcultures and intersecting trends. The collection encompasses the feeling of youthfulness and self expression through free spirited experimental fashion.
The audience had all the words of appreciation for the creativity of the students and the hard work put in the by the students in presenting their collections.

REPORT OF THE FASHION SHOW & DESIGN COLLECTION PRESENTATION & DISPLAY
Amity School of Fashion Technology (ASFT) organized KREATIV ’19 at Amity University, Noida Campus. KREATIV is the annual event of ASFT comprising of Design collection Presentation, Talk shows & display of the creative works of the students.
KREATIV ‘19 is an Annual Event comprising of Fashion Show to display the “Design Collection Presentation & display of Students of ASFT .The event provides a platform to showcase endowment and innovative concepts of budding professionals Fashion.
The first day of KREATIV’ 19 witnessed an extensive Fashion Show in which all the innovative products displayed had been conceptualized, designed and created by the students of Amity School of Fashion Technology.

The students displayed various themes for various seasons during the Event.
The show began with libaz-e-khas collection which has assembles of various paisley leaf motifs and intricacy of zari . the next collection, Endless visage incorporate trendy fabrics which has been mingled with innovative cuts with being very trendy silhouette. An attempt has been made to revive traditional fabrics for contemporary client.
Glam & Game collection was presented next which was full of glitter, glamour and contemporary silhouette. The show ended with the slaying beauty which was an evening gown collection.
The Event was organized under the able guidance and mentorship of Prof. ( Dr. ) Pradeep Joshi , Director General( Amity Directorate of Applied Arts/ Fine Arts/ Performing Arts/ Visual Arts ) and Ms Divya Chauhan, Chairperson ( Amity School of Fine Arts, Amity School of Fashion Technology & Amity School of Performing Arts ) .

Besides the formal display of garments in the Fashion show, the Fashion Design collections, Textile Design & home Furnishings Collections, visual merchandising 2- D & 3-D displays were also put up for display. The work of the students was highly appreciated by the Visitors & people from the Fashion fraternity.

FASHION DESIGN COLLECTION PRESENTATION
The evening of first day of Amity Youth Fest 2018 was bedizened with “KREATIV ’18–Fashion Design Collection Presentation” organized by Amity School of Fashion Technology (ASFT) on the theme- REVIVAL OF TRADITIONA INDIA- AN UNSAID STORY
The Fashion Design Collection Presentation which had been created & presented by the students of Amity School of Fashion Technology (ASFT) on 8th March 2018 , 6 pm onwards spoke volumes about the rich plenteous of Fashion & textiles ,their importance & agreement in contemporary fashion.
The students of ASFT displayed various Collection- Gothic Tales, Autumn Gold, Rebellious Queens, Blanch Luminous, Red Carpet, Maulin Rouge. All the collections displayed the students ability to create and construction Fashion garments.
The event was attended by distinguished personalities of the fashion fraternity like Ms Sakshi Gupta, Fashion Blogger/ Model/ Actor, Ms Shilpa Sahni ,Image consultant , Mr Ashish Batra, fashion Designer, Ms Honey , academician & Ms Garima from Lakme .
Fashion Teams from various schools including Pearl Academy Noida, Apeejay Institue of Design Noida, ATDC Gurugram , Satyam Fashion Institute Noida, FDDI Noida, Lisaa Institute of Design New Delhi, SNDT Noida, Apeejay Satya University Sohna, World Design University, KVA DAV college for Women karnal.
Apeejay Satya University Sohna won the first prize followed by Pearl Academy Noida and ATDC Gurugram.

FASHION DESIGN COLLECTION PRESENTATION

The Fashion Design Collection Presentation which had been created & presented by the students of Amity School of Fashion Technology (ASFT) on 16th Feb 2017 , 6 pm onwards spoke volumes about the rich galore of Indian textiles ,their significance & convention in contemporary fashion.
first collection to be presented was an assorted collection of Indian textiles - a collection of very upbeat digital prints to a galore of traditional Indian textiles like tie & dye, batik, Ikats & Madhubanis
The next collection was inspired from the concept of colour blocking& was full of Vibrancy And Flamboyance In The next few Collections Designers Made An Attempt To Flaunt With the Unique Sensibility, Grace And Elegance of indian embroideries right from chikankari to kantha to Kasuti & Zardozi . the Indian textiles appeared the As Subtly As The Wearer Pleases.

'Timeless Classics' was the theme of the Show. The theme itself speaks volumes about variety in styles that had been put to experimentation by the promising Designers of Amity School of Fashion Technology. The designers had drawn inspiration from Classic styles and integrated the same in Contemporary look. Taking this inspiration ahead and incorporating the timeless classic styles, the Designers had created a Design collection which was truly classic & elegant.
The show commenced with a Tie & Dye collection. Fusing the warmth of the Indian summer and coolness of earthen pots, a collection purely dedicated to our connection to the Indian soil, presenting an amalgamation of the deep blue hue and rich warm tones through the timeless classical technique of Tie & Dye.

Embossed with culture, the second collection was a fine trousseau of rich hues including gold and bronze spelling grandeur with each and every silk thread that ran through this brocade collection. The designers made an effort to use traditional brocades in contemporary silhouettes

The next Collection gave a glimpse of the rainbow inspired color palette and made the viewers relate to transitional phases of different moods of a woman. Playing off of that perfect partnership between youthful creativity and feminine maturity, the collection mixed with digital prints, playful colors and exotic styles aims to create the ideal image for the various transitional moods

Amity School of Fashion Technology (ASFT) organised the annual Fashion Show Competition on Thursday the 12th February, 2015. Like every year, this annual event provided an exclusive platform to the students for displaying their talent to the spectators, who comprised of industry veterans, media & academic community.
This year however, the show was part of a much bigger platform titled “An Evening with Fashion.” This mega event included the following activities:-

Amity School of Fashion Technology (ASFT) organised the annual fashion & art festival KREATIV’13. This annual event provides an exclusive platform to the students for displaying their talent to the spectators, who comprise of industry veterans, media & academic community. The event also invites the industry-experts to share their views on contemporary topics of interest, so that the audience could gain from the knowledge of speakers and benefit accordingly.

A FASHION SHOW ( a collection of Graduating Batch of Amity School of Fashion Technology ) - KREATIV'12 was organized by Amity School of Fashion Technology during the Amity Youth Festival 2012. The show was held in Amity Sports ground, Amity University Campus, Sec- 125 Noida on 9th feb 2012. The Show was organized as a Formal presentation put on by students of B. Sc (Fashion Design & Technology) 2009-12 Batch to showcase there Graduation Design Collection.
The show provided an opportunity to the students of Amity School of Fashion Technology to celebrate the event with the eminent personalities of fashion industry.

The students designed their collections for Spring/ Summer 2013 on various themes and for varying occasions. There were a total of 27 collections ranging from Casuals to formals were a true experimentation of hues, textures, silhouettes and details .
The various themes highlighted during the Show were Alice in Wonderland, InEgypt, Enchantment & Reflection, Patriotism , Barbie through 50’s ,Little Black Dress, Mystical Treasures , Silver moon, Amarya, Oriental Charkha , Wilderness, Geometry in Cotton, Earthy couture, Quinceanera, Oriental Bloom, Classical Diva, Shahi Libas, Black & White world, Salsa de’ Danse’, Surge & The Street Wear . The collections comprised of stunning innovative collections for the ramp to wearable collections which had a new and fresh look. The highlights of the Show were some beautiful cocktails dresses and red carpet gowns designed by the budding designers of ASFT. The Show wad highly appreciated by all present.
The eminent personalities who witnessed the show comprised of Fashion Designers Ms Pratimaa Pandey & Ms Varija Bajaj, Actress Ms Taapsi punnu, and Sr Academician Dr Kusum Chopra.

A FASHION SHOW ( a collection of Graduating Batch of Amity School of Fashion Technology ) - KREATIV'11 was organized by Amity School of Fashion Technology. The show was held in Amity University Campus, Sec- 125 Noida on 30TH MARCH 2011. The Show was organized as a Formal presentation put on by students of B. Sc (Fashion Design & Technology) to showcase there Graduation Design Collection. The students showcased various collection on their selected themes .
The Event was supported by leading Fashion brands like SATYAPAUL, ROCKPORT, DFU-INSIDE FASHION, BENTLEY, SHIPRA MALL & powered by RADIO CITY

The Fashion Show which was designed, compiled, presented by students of Amity School of Fashion Technology was amalgamation of tradition, ethnic, western and futuristic vision. Each segment displayed the creativity of students. Every one present during the show appreciated the works of students.
