Students can access these details from anywhere and is thus a handy option for students. Also serving as an online application for suggestions and grievance handling, students may post in their concerns via Amizone which are responded to within stipulated time. AMIZONE also facilitates the students’ feedback mechanism for the faculty on numerous parameters. An interactive portal, it also displays News and Events of AIPP and the University, Academic planning and holiday calendar, selections of specialization subjects, registration for end-term examinations and downloading the admit card when all requisite formalities are fulfilled.
Business Communication & Behavioral ScienceWe have added Business Communication and Behavioral Science as a compulsory course for our management graduates. We emphasis and understand the relevance of these soft skills and correct behavior as part of total personality for a business manager today. These value added courses provide the just right blend of both aspects to increase our students’ acceptability and adjustment in the corporate world.
AIPP realizes the importance of student – faculty interaction and collaboration to boost students’ confidence and help them achieve their desired goals through proper guidance and motivation. In this respect, we have developed 4- tier Mentor –Mentee Concept wherein each student is associated with a faculty mentor who acts as guide and helps a student in not only the academic issues but sometimes at a personal level to ensure a conflict free mind as a ground for learning new skills and knowledge. The problems discussed are noted in weekly meetings held between mentor- mentee and students are provided guidance to reach solutions.
Mentors also involve their mentee students in each important event scheduled in the University and students are required to perform key responsibilities and take ownership of job assigned to make the events successful. This ensures frequent students interactions and collaborations with faculty and management.
