Dr. Magdalene Ndeto is a holder of Ph.D in Human Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, a Master of Science in Human Resource management form Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Kenya and a Bachelor’s degree in Education science from Kenyatta University, Kenya. Currently the Dean Academics in Amity Global Institute Nairobi and the Head - Corporate Training. Previously the Dean School of Business and Economics in Lukenya University. She has taught commerce and research courses in universities for over 10 years. Her expertise is in the area of Human resource development with a research interest in Human Resource Development, Knowledge management and employee relations. She has contributed many chapters to academic books in addition to peer reviewed journal articles and presented at conferences widely on various aspects of the discipline of Human Resource management.
A holder of Bachelor of Education (Guidance and Counselling) from Moi University and Masters in Business Administration (Strategic Management option) from Kenyatta University.
For the last seven years, she has been involved in management and planning of office operations mainly in the education sector. She has worked as a Campus Director as well as an Academic Registrar in different institutions, where she was tasked with ensuring that the objectives of the institutions were achieved.
