"1. Teaching and Academic Research:
i. Set up university papers for M.Sc at SNDT Women's University.
ii. Guided dissertations on: -
a) Micro-encapsulation of Vitamin E and its application on fabric.
b) Micro-encapsulation of rose oil, jasmine oil and lavender oil on fabric and its durability.
c) Tatter’s Paradise.
d) Designing of wallets using waste suiting shirting material.
e) Apparel – Make life safe.
f) Tradition made approachable- An insight into Madhubani.
2. Participation in Events, Training Programmes, and Workshops: The details of it are given below: i. external examiner for Nirmala Niketan college of home science (Mumbai University) ii.Evaluated university papers in SNDT. iii. Participated in Annual fest (EMBLAZON) with extensive display and marketing initiative for textile products – handmade jewellery and tie-dye dupattas. iv.Evaluated answer books of M.Sc., B.Sc. & B.A. ( Home Science) at University level (Three times) v. Evaluated AISSCE answer books for Home Science for three years.
vi. School coordinator for the Eighth National Science Olympiad.
vii. Conducted Fashion Studies Practical as an External Examiner for AISSCE for two years.
3. Others: i. Successfully put up exhibition cum sale for hand-made textile products using various techniques like macramé, crochet, tie and dye, fabric painting, embroidery, patchwork etc. ii. Conducted workshop on best out of waste of CD’s , plastic bottles and newspaper (pen stand) for school going students.
iii. Taught total of 30+ articles/designs under textiles and craft from “conceptualization-to-designing-to-actual finished product”. iv. Compiled a Manual for M.Sc (Textiles and Clothing) on Fabric construction and woven fabric analysis.
v. Compiled a Manual for Fashion Designing (Diploma) on Traditional embroideries of India.
