Amity Institute of Pharmacy (AIP) offers a B Pharm Program of 4-year duration comprising 8 semesters. It is a professional undergraduate (UG Program). It has adopted the curriculum prescribed by PCI with additional value-added courses like communication skills, foreign languages (French, German, Spanish) & behavioral science which ensures to provide a niche to our students over others. The goal is to train and create employable pharma graduates who will cater to the needs of industry and academia. The faculty has expertise in areas like prodrug research, colon targeted delivery, inflammatory bowel disease, drug repurposing, analytical/bioanalytical method development & validation, nanotechnology, gene delivery, and cancer biology. We focus on the engagement of students in knowledge sharing through experiential learning such as seminars, workshops, conferences, lectures, interaction with experts, guest lectures by industry experts, outreach activities, social engagement, practice school, industrial training, lab-based in-house research projects, lab practicals, peer reviews, discussions, presentations, industrial visits and case studies. Students get exposure to recent and contemporary trends, career opportunities as well as the best practices endorsed by leading Pharma industries.
