AMITY MAURITIUS
To apply for a Student Visa, you will need to submit a completed Visa Application Form along with the following documentation to the Student Recruitment Office
| Duly filled and Completed Application to Enter Mauritius form (Signature should be same as passport) |
| 4 passport size photos (Jpeg format) |
| Copy of passport data page-passport should be valid for the whole duration of the programme. |
| Signed letter of acceptance from the student (Signature should be same as passport) |
| Sponsorship Letter Undertaking from parent confirming their financial commitment (dated and signed) Sponsorship letter- the sponsorer should mention his/her relationship with the student, should provide his/her contact details (address, phone number, email address) Bank Statement Recent and original (not print out) bank statement dated for the past 6 months. The statement should bear the signature of the Bank officer and seal of the Bank. The Bank balance must show sufficient funds, USD 6,060 after paying the deposit of tuition fees. |

ALL DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE SENT BY EMAIL FOR VETTING BEFORE SENDING THE ORIGINAL VIA COURIER.
