Attended one month training on “Culinary Art, Bakery and Food preservation” from Horticulture and Food Processing Department, Uttar Pradesh. 3. Presented Research poster entitled “Chemometric assessment of extraction methods for their effect on the antioxidant and phytochemical profile of Moringa oleifera leaves” in International Conference on “Modernization of Traditional Indian Medicine: Public health & Industrial Perspectives (August, 1-4, 2022).
4. Has given oral presentation entitled “Dairy products as a potential carrier for nutraceuticals and herbs” in National Seminar on “Sustainable Agriculture for Food Security and Better Environment”.
