1.Worked as a Trainee for 30 days in Anmol Bakers Private Limited, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. 2. Attended one month training on “Culinary Art, Bakery and Food preservation” from Horticulture and Food Processing Department, Uttar Pradesh. 3. Presented Research poster entitled “Chemometric assessment of extraction methods for their effect on the antioxidant and phytochemical profile of Moringa oleifera leaves” in International Conference on “Modernization of Traditional Indian Medicine: Public health & Industrial Perspectives (August, 1-4, 2022).
4. Has given oral presentation entitled “Dairy products as a potential carrier for nutraceuticals and herbs” in National Seminar on “Sustainable Agriculture for Food Security and Better Environment”.
5. Presented oral presentation on “Pea milk fortified dahi incorporated with jamun seed extract and utilization of starch as by product for development of an edible film” in International conference on Contemporary Issues in Integrating Health and Nutrition with the Emerging Areas of Food Technology, Agriculture, Environment and Allied Sciences” at Shyama Prasad Mukherji College For Women (University of Delhi).
