B. ARCH II SEMISTER

Conceptualizing challenging and innovative building designs are hallmarks of the discipline of architecture. The Labs at Amity School of Architecture and Planning such as Carpentry Labs, Model Making Lab, Computer Lab, Poster Making Labs, and many more, are the best in Madhya Pradesh. Furthermore, software like Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3D Max and others are available in the department to help me explore the modern approaches to architecture. The rich departmental library provides me with opportunity to bring together knowledge from various sources. Students are taken to regular site visits to gain more practical knowledge. There are regular case study tours to understand and critically analyze the architecture of different places. All in all, it’s a very enriching experience to be a student at ASAP.

B.ARCH. 2ND year

There is beauty, symmetry, chaos and confusion and architecture has the power to bring about a change in all at the same time. This immense impact and the weighty responsibility that comes with it means that architects must display a deft combination of courage and humility when designing buildings. Making the decision to pursue architecture is not easy. ASAP has played a crucial role in my overall development. It not only grooms leaders of future thorough professional training but also through values which are essential for being a good human being. You will be successful as an architect when you have all-round knowledge and when you imbibe values. ASAP fulfilled this by providing best quality infrastructure which is really essential for student development. Amity School of Architecture and Planning provides us with hands-on exercises through practical labs like climatology labs, carpentry labs, model making labs, computer labs, and photography studios among others which hold importance in students’ learning and understanding of concepts. It also provides us with access to computer graphics and software which are in vogue. Experts of specific fields are invited for workshops and training to make us well-versed with practical application of concepts. Along with the regular academic programme, the school encourages us to participate in various extra-curricular activities for a holistic development. I shall always be indebted to my alma mater for bringing out the best in me!

Bachelor of Interior Designing, II Semester

I have selected the field of interior designing because I have a creative, futuristic, imaginative, and artistic approach to the things around me. Amity University Madhya Pradesh provides us with a magnificent campus along with world class facilities and amenities.  Amity School of Architecture and Planning has provided me with hands-on experience on all domains of interior designing through regular workshops and training sessions. These experiences, coupled with regular live site case studies, on site visits and study tours have helped me understand the nuances of the industry. These years at Amity have been the best learning experience for me. With the right grooming I have received here, I am confident that I shall be a great Interior Designer and shall carve a niche for myself in the field.

Bachelor of Interior Designing, VI Semester

Interior Designing is about having creative imagination and bringing our imagination to reality. Amity University Madhya Pradesh provides excellent infrastructure, free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned classrooms. Regularly organized co-curricular and extra-curricular activities have helped me understand my inner potential and have built the necessary confidence in me. Amity School of Architecture and Planning has given me theoretical as well as practical exposure to subjects through workshops on various areas of interest like origami, bamboo work, canvas painting, clay modelling and model making. Furthermore, regular live site case studies, on-site visits and study tours have been so enriching. I am blessed to be a student at ASAP, AUMP.
