About the Institution

Field Work: The department has mandated fieldwork for graduates and postgraduate students in reputed hospitals, industries, and Non-Governmental Organizations.
Summer Internship: All the students, including undergraduate and postgraduate, have to undergo internship programs at institutions/organizations of repute.
Research Oriented Institution: Department has mandated every student to undertake innovative research work.
Placement: The department has a vibrant placement record in the past. The alumni of the department are working in various reputed organizations and carrying out their studies and research in institutions of repute.
Student Support Services: AIBAS offers a variety of support services to its students, including academic advising and counselling. We have a cell named Positive Mental Health and Psychological First-Aid Centre which assists students of the university.

AIBAS also promotes inculcation of knowledge and significance of ‘Psychology in life’ across the students of all the departments.
