On 17.02.2022 Amity Business School organized a guest lecture on “From Campus to Corporate”. The guest speaker was Mr Anurag Kirti, Location Campus Head, Global Campus Hiring Team, Wipro. He is an experienced campus recruiter with working experience in information technology and service industry.
Mr. Anurag Kirti shared four Cs of corporate success-communication ability, curiosity to learn, collaboration, and cultural elements. He also stressed the importance of four important habits: being respectful, responsive, always communicative, and maintaining trust. In terms of knowledge, he believes that Unlearn, Learn, and Relearn are critical in today's fast-changing digital corporate culture.
Finally, he encouraged our students by telling them that they should strive to be better versions of themselves every day in order to continue growing in all aspects of life.
The webinar was attended by ABS,ASB,ACCF and AIIT students as well as faculty members. The session taught students how to bridge the gap between campus and corporate environment.
