10:00 –10:30 a.m. All recipients to be seated in the Convocation Hall in the allotted areas.
10:00 – 10:45 a.m. Briefing to the Graduands & Rehearsal
10:45 – 10:55 a.m. Arrival of Guests, Trustees, Chancellor, Arrival of Recipients of Honorary Doctorate Degrees
10:45 – 11:00 a.m. Faculty, Guests to be seated as per the seating plan in the main Convocation Hall.
10:55 – 11:00 a.m. Robing of Academic Procession Members
11:00 a.m. Start of the Academic Procession
11:10 a.m. Members of Academic Procession to be seated. Audience take their seat.
11:10 – 11:12 a.m. Lighting of the Lamp with Chanting of Gayatri Mantra and Saraswati Vandana
11:15 – 11:17 a.m. Hon’ble Chancellor AMITY UNIVERSITY, PATNA declares the 3rd Convocation Open.
11:20 – 11:30 a.m. Welcome Address & Report by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor
11:31 – 11:35 a.m. Few words by Senior Vice President
11:35 – 11:50 a.m. Blessings by Hon’ble Chancellor
11.50 -12:05 p.m. Conferring of Honorary Doctorates & Acceptance Speech
12.05 - 12:10 p.m. Presentation of the Degree Recipients
12:10 -12:45 p.m. Presentation of Awards, Medals, Trophies
12:45 -12:55 p.m. Presentation of Amity Alumni Flag
12:55 p.m. Hon’ble Chancellor AMITY UNIVERSITY, PATNA declares the 3rd Convocation closed.
12:55 -12:57 p.m. National Anthem
12:57 p.m. Procession Leaves the Convocation Hall
All recipients & their guests will leave the Hall from Exit gates.
1:00 -2.00 p.m. Lunch at designated area
2:00 – 2:20 p.m
  1. All recipients, Guests to be seated as per the pre-assigned seating plan at designated venues. (The degree distribution will take place in Gyan Bhawan)
  2. All HOIs and Faculty Members to be seated
2:20- 2:30 p.m Briefing to the Graduands
2:30 – 4:30 p.m

Presentation of the follow at designated venues by Respective HOIs.

  • Degrees and Consolidated Grade cards
  • Certificates of Awards, Medals & Trophies, if any
  • Certificates of Value Added Courses,
  • Merit Certificates, if any
4:30 – 5:00 p.m
  • Return of Convocation Gowns
  • High Tea
