Amity International School, Sector 46, Gurgaon, organized ‘Samanvay” the old students’ meet on its premises. The alumni of the school gathered to take a trip down memory lane and relive with nostalgia, the time spent in their alma mater. The program commenced with the welcoming of the old students and the Principal delivered her address stressing upon the importance of communication and staying connected in today’s world and the joy one can experience on coming back to memories at their old school. When asked to share their views, old students readily shared the difference between school life and the outer world as well as the challenges it presented. ‘Reminisce’ flipped through the pages of the past enabling the gathering to retrospect on the indelible memories gone by.



'Pragya', the quiz, which examined the students’ familiarity with their school, drew a tremendous response from those who had gathered for the meet. The meeting presented an excellent opportunity to examine the career journey of everyone who had passed through its portals, gathering a few pearls of exceptional success and celebrating extraordinary journeys with those who had tread the path together. The school enlightened its alumni with the changes that had come about in the school and the progress it had made.



A musical presentation, by the school band by the students for their seniors was greatly admired by all. Old students sang along with the band, amalgamating the old with the new.

The entertaining yet sentimental journey into the bygone years was brought to a befitting close by the rendering of the school anthem. The group photograph which encapsulated more endearing and wistful memories for the alumni members was taken next, wrapping up this momentous occasion to memorable close.
