Ø Financial Convergence - the New Mantra for Corporate Sustainability.
The growing convergence in the financial services industry, and more particularly, the convergence between the banking and the insurance industry, has received widespread attention in both academics as well as in business. Due to deregulation, financial institutions are allowed more and more to offer complimentary or competing products that were originally the closed privilege of neighboring financial sectors. This leads to a blurring of the boundaries between the different sub-sectors of the financial system and to the formation of financial conglomerates.
Ø Leveraging Best Practices in Human Resource Management, Marketing and ITeS in Creating Business Value
In today's dynamic environment, doing what an organization has always done is no longer acceptable. Under constant pressure to contain costs and produce results despite challenging circumstances an organization must transform rather than simply improve its operations. It implies adopting the philosophies, methods, and processes that will make an organization best in class and sustainable.
Ø Recent Amendments in Economics, Business Laws and International Business
As the world becomes increasingly integrated the political, social, and cultural boundaries are being re-configured; global trade is mounting and challenges of legal-integration emerge. It will include the themes related to the changes in India’s economic(nationalization to privatization),legal(RTI, Whistleblower Act ),technological( from paper back to net pack like e books ),social(from aided to un aided education), political aspects(from confidentiality to transparency) impacting the business environment.
