Paper Submission Guidelines for ICTACS-2026
Submission Process
Manuscript Requirements
- Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
- All submissions must conform to the IEEE Conference Format. Templates are available at IEEE Templates. https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
- Language: English only.
- Format: PDF, with all fonts embedded. Do not use non-English language fonts.
- Do not insert page numbers, headers, or footers.
- The document must not be password protected.
- Page Limit: 6 pages standard, with up to 2 additional pages allowed.
References and Citation Style
- Follow the IEEE citation format (e.g., [1], [2], ...). References must be cited in order of appearance.
- Only include works cited in the text. Personal communications and unpublished works should be mentioned only in-text.
- Excessive self-citation is discouraged.
Review Process
All submitted manuscripts will undergo a peer review process coordinated by the Technical Program Committee. Each paper will be evaluated by at least two reviewers based on the following scale:

Final acceptance decisions will be made by the Technical Program Chairs, based on reviewer feedback and recommendations.
Manuscript Scope
Papers should clearly articulate technical depth, quantitative analysis, and practical relevance. Submissions should answer how and why the work represents a significant advancement.
Out of Scope: Purely qualitative papers (case studies, managerial impact without technical basis, policy discussions, economic models) will not be considered.
Types of Articles
- Original Research Paper: Detailed manuscript covering new research findings with complete technical methodology and results.
- Review Paper: Critical review of existing work offering insights and future directions within ICTACS-2026 topics.
After Acceptance
- Final Submission: Authors must upload the final camera-ready version, incorporating reviewer suggestions. Revisions should be within 10% of the manuscript content.
- IEEE Copyright Transfer: Required via electronic submission. Authors will be notified with the process link via email.
- Preprint Version: Final versions will be submitted to IEEE for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements
- IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including removal from IEEE Xplore Digital Library®, if the paper is not presented at the conference.
Authorship Guidelines
- Co-Authors: All authors must have contributed meaningfully. No author additions/removals allowed post-acceptance unless approved.
- Corresponding Author: Handles all submission-related communication and confirms all co-authors have reviewed the manuscript.
Ethics and Integrity
- All manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism using CrossCheck (iThenticate).
- Authors must avoid duplicate submission, plagiarism, and self-plagiarism.
Additional Guidelines
- Email Communication: All updates will be shared via email. Please check inbox, junk, and spam folders regularly.
