Communication, as we all are aware, is the imparting or exchanging of information by speaking, writing, or using some other medium. Communication is a way to reach out to others and confirm in the finality of being part of the human kind.

What we do in Amity School of Communication is exactly that and a little more going by the rule book of academics. We, at ASCO, believe in creating innovative and leading opportunities for our students as well as faculty members. This has been possible under the visionary guidance of our Hon’ble Founder President, Dr. Ashok K. Chauhan, who justly believes in the idea that each Amitian will become a success story. Here we teach students how to reach out, how to spread information, and be a part of the circuit of human interaction. Every society needs a guiding hand, some entity that can tell them what the truth is. Students learn the ways of how our media industry works from our best faculty who have had on field experience to know how the ball is to be played in the field. In addition to the syllabus, our students also learn from hands on experience at our very own HD studio, where they get the opportunity to understand the functionalities of working behind the camera and in front of it. Extending our efforts to make ASCO a conducive place to be, we have given our students’ access to Amity Radio which gives them a place to learn and work in a radio station. Not only journalism, our institution also teaches students about the film industry as well as Event Management, Advertising, and Public Relations. Covering every aspect of media, our institution takes pride in teaching its pupils about how different sectors of mass communication work. We, here at ASCO, shape them into future creative headliners in the field, keeping intact the motto of our Amity Universe, “modernity blends with tradition.” I take pride in the institute that I have seen bloom through the years and in the students, who have made us proud and continue to do so. I hope that our endeavours to make our students into pioneers of today and tomorrow continue and that we continue to strive harder for the human connection that we need to preserve, especially in this age.
